Workforce Alliance is chartered by the State of Florida to work with Palm Beach County businesses to provide job placement, recruitment assistance and funds for skills training. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce ranks Florida No. 1 in the nation for its workforce and training programs in its most recent annual evaluation of all states on the performance of their workforce systems, and Workforce Alliance has an established record for high performance among the state's 24 regional workforce boards.
Each month, an average of more than 11,000 people are helped at Workforce Alliance career centers in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Belle Glade. This includes a Executive Transition Unit for professionals who have a four-year college degree, or five years of managerial experience. Services are free to both employers and job seekers.
