Success Story: Workforce Alliance Helps 3Cinteractive Business Expansion
3Cinteractive, a Boca Raton-based technology company, provides integrated mobile software and services that help businesses communicate with consumers through their mobile devices. Processing billions of mobile transactions per year, 3Cinteractive supports mission-critical business processes for clients across industries.
Because 3Cinteractive relies on solid project management skills, the need for formal project management training quickly became critical as the company continued its expansion to meet the needs of Fortune 500 clients. That’s when 3Cinteractive turned to Workforce Alliance for a $12,744 Employed Worker Training grant.
The grant award provided training in project management to eight 3Cinteractive employees, with impressive results. Not only can the company continue to expand its business, but the investment allowed 3Cinteractive to retain valued employees and eliminate new costs associated with recruiting new talent with the needed skills. And each employee who completed the training received a nationally recognized certification, promotion within the company and a much greater potential for higher income in the future. |
