Young adults who are:
- 18-21 years old, and are
- Out of school
Structured Job Skills Development Program
- Eight week classroom training experience
- Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Twelve week paid internship experience

- National Retail Federation Certification
