PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATION

Workforce Alliance routinely partners with community organizations to develop and implement grant-funded projects. Our partners include community- and faith-based non-profit organizations, businesses, and educational institutions. While we initiate some partnerships, community organizations may initiate others. Depending upon the specific grant opportunity, Workforce Alliance can provide assistance with grant writing, project management and staffing, project design and implementation, fiscal and programmatic management, as well as evaluation services.
Our goal is to develop the resources needed to create and sustain a workforce that has the education, knowledge and skills required by Palm Beach County employers. Because we realize that the task of getting people back to work in Palm Beach County is massive, complex, and urgent, Workforce Alliance actively seeks out community partners who share and are committed to this vision.
As we search and apply for competitive grants from national, state, and local sources, we will seek to maximize community resources and minimize duplication and service gaps by inviting like-minded stakeholders in both the public and private sectors to join in program planning and the pursuit of funding opportunities.
