Who We Are

Workforce Alliance is a nonprofit corporation chartered by the State of Florida. The organization operates a workforce development system in Palm Beach County that is responsive to the needs of both business customers and job seekers. Together with leaders from business, government, education and community agencies, Workforce Alliance links businesses in need of qualified employees with individuals seeking employment opportunities.
